The Shadows remind me of THE MAGI~
A few last pics before our time to go....I DONT WANT TO LEAVE WAAAAAAAAH!
OH...then I realized how fantastic the reverse perspective would be from down below looking up! Next visit
explorers walking the path downward
were your seeds blown from above by this tree?
How are you growing down there Miss Tree?
dicovering beautiful green trees growing right in the middle these gigantic rocks was a sweet surprise~
There is a mile and a half hike down into the rocks then back up. My Host was busy blessing visitors with information and rich history of the area. She told me NO WAY-you can hike it next time-which was no dissappointment as I was in heaven continuing the exploration from behind the lense of my camera
My eyes later shifted to what is down below in the cracks * crevices~
WAS this once a GIANT BEACH where God * MOTHER NATURE spent endless time playing and making SAND CASTLES?
I will also learn how to use a WIDE ANGLE to capture the enormity of this ASTONISHING place~
NExt visit I woud like to photograph the same grouping at various intervals during the same day ./ Light is an amazing painter.
Like thousands of sand castles
Navajo Blanket Pattern
i COULD NOT FIND WHERE TO FOCUS MY CAMERA~ every inch is amazing

the roots are astounding! The head cowboy told me the name of the tree...but as usual.. I can't recall its name =/
as we stood across the small ravine through which the river runs,- I was Awe Struck! by this TREE growing out of the ROCK! No its not falling over the edge-it grows this way!!
Daniel (tour guide Sr) Colby(tour guide junior ) and not the least bit intimidated by steep drop offs while teetering near the edge of ravines-thus, the look on Grandmas face
a river runs throught the acreage from the falls - a fantastic place for play and discovery for all of her grandsons!
the first 10 minute hike brought us to the natural occuring waterfall on the ranch with the absolute best water I have ever had. I would have loaded empty gallon jugs in the trunk but you know all the luggage-2 women-enough clothes for a month...yada..yada..yada..
