the agony of this decision

We first give thanks to everyone one of you who are holding Ryder, his mom & dad in your loving prayers. I again ask that you continue as Mom and Dad must process the reports that after multiple scans tests and our little Ryers complete lack of improvement, show total irrepairable damage to his brain. THis is the worse possible outcome of prolonged oxygen deprivation. This beautiful. 8 and a half pound boy has no cerebral function. The reason -he was not delivered quickley and safely as he would have been if his doctor had managed the labor the way any good OB Gyn would.
There are no words to express the sheer agony, the anger, the helplessnes that heaves through our bodies, and seeps through our tears,as we huddle together around our little angel, arms entwined, hands grasped into one anothers to remain standing, to remain breathing through each hour of this journey
Please pray for strength, for peace, for Ryder.

Todays report is a little bit brighter. Ryder's seizure activity has slowed down. He is taking more breaths independent of the respirator. They are doing a new EEG today and tomorrow we will have a meeting with his Doctors. We call on All the Angels * Saints in Heaven to fill Ryder with HEaling Love.
