using Picassa-
CHOSE B*W
TINTED BLUE
finally a choice called
FOCAL B*W-where with a tint you can move a curser and choose to color any area from small to large (2 controls for this)
I love playing around with this feature. I will post another picture I did this too for your enjoyment!
