So breathing and spirituality are united in ways we cannot know completely.

Have you ever used controlled breath techniques to calm yourself?

Singing my entire life, I am sure in retrospect I experienced the calming or clarifying effects of controlled breathing in my younger years without awareness or knowledge of its capabilities on my well being. Giving birth 19 years ago, my partner and I practiced daily and again felt something, but had little knowledge or awareness of its possibilities. Giving birth, I had a major physical spiritual awakening and event that took me away from the pain and into a calm and certainty that I still to this day cannot express.
In my yoga practice of the past 9 months I have had many new experiences with controlled breathing, some calming and some quite the other end of the spectrum.
Its a continual journey...

Amazing Movie! One of the few times I agreed with "the academy"

Why it took so many years to tell his story, I do not know, but I am grateful that someone finally did.
