Karen spent four or five days with Kimberly last week and they painted the rest of the living space up the main floor of the house. Karen took her sewing machine with her and did window treatments, etc. I guess they worked their asses off. Kimberly's new sofa arrived and I am madly knitting her a huge gold afghan to accessorize the jade green upholstery. I wish I could make a trip to Pittsburgh to deliver it when done, but not likely. My mother was 101 on 2 June, and since Karen will now be out of the house working most days, I really cannot take off. Karen started a new job on Wednesday as they have no health insurance and it appears that her husband now has serious mental health issues. She had to quit working with him and get a job with benefits. Personally, I think it is in her best interests not to be with him constantly as he sucks his life out of her.
I still have not opened a blog. Who the hell cares what I think about anything?
