I love that area...just went through there end of December...boy the windy was whipping! Then of course a dust storm easter AZ and western CA.

When Jodie Foster was filming "Backtrack" with Dennis Hopper, she mentioned in an interview that Yes, she saw the romance of the Southwest. I miss certain parts of it myself. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU!

Every time I drive through that area I hope there are little canyons back up in the hills with beautiful saguaro unscarred by pollution or fire or bullets.

I love the affect of this photo, it seems like an old memory, a faded past, I would have never guessed 75mph free hand shot!! Excellent colors!
