Lompoc Ca ~ Penelopy's Tea Parlor

LOMPOC was a sleepy military coastal town, but now like so many places it is growing leaps and bounds. My mom * dad are seated in an awesome bench from the famous boxer JOEL LEWIS's Estate. Here at a delightful TEA PARLOR (i don't recall the name because I was across the street at the thrift shop in absolute thrifting frenzy Heaven) =)
