I had my weekly movie date with my dear friend Carolyn. She chose North Country and... "Oh my dear sweet Mother Mary of God", grab your girlfriends, bring kleenex, and run to the to a theatre near you!, so we can have a discussion about it.
It is a true story-so gripping, so deplorable, so affirming of why one can never , ever give up when fighting for what is Right and just >the reason we all must see it and talk about it!
I will pose the warning that if you are currently down in the dumps or depressed, you may want to wait till you are feeling a bit better, a bit stronger before taking this in.
Each actors performance was Oscar worthy
